Since I recently shared some of my favorite workout essentials in my last post, I thought I’d follow it with my latest gym playlist to compliment the new years resolution. While I am open to a lot of different music, Hip Hop and House get me pumped the most for a good work out sess. I think anything with a beat that makes you want to get up and dance will encourage you to push harder, lift heavier, and go longer. There are a ton of “oldies” (shout out to Kanye, shout out to Eminem) that I like to listen to in the gym but I thought with the new year I’d stick to new music. I hope this playlist will help get you moving as much as it does for me.
